Former Oregon House of Representatives member Deborah Boone has been appointed an honorary member of the Emergency Volunteer Corps of Nehalem Bay Board of Directors.

Boone, a resident of Seaside, represented District 32 for 14 years until she stepped down in early 2019. During her tenure she was a leader in emergency preparedness throughout the state.

“Deborah has been a long-term supporter of the Emergency Volunteer Corps, and we are excited to have her on the team,” said Kozlowski.
