Tillamook County Public Works assisted by EVCNB volunteers recently installed on area roads signs reading Leaving Tsunami Zone. This is one of several signage and wayfinding efforts we will see in coming months. The lines are to be installed along 9 main evacuation routes in Bayside Gardens and Neah-Kah-Nie. According to information from DOGAMI, they show the approximate location where the highest tsunami might reach. The sign pictured above is located on Bay Side Gardens Road just south of Highway 101.
